The Sonnendeck holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor of a single-family house in a quiet residential area. On a total of 56 m² you find a large living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. Special highlight of the apartment is the spacious sun terrace (20 m²). The light-flooded apartment is laid out with allergy-friendly vinyl flooring.
A carport for car, bicycles, strollers etc. is in front of the house.
Living room
The living room is well equipped with modern entertainment electronics (Smart TV, Wifi, DVD, Dolby surround radio). The large corner couch invites to watch TV, relax, read… Various DVDs, books and games are available. There is also a fold-out sofa bed in the living room.
Bedroom
The bedroom has two comfortable beds, which may be placed either separately or as double bed. The wing chair is an ideal place to read and relax. The wardrobe with mirror offers enough space for laundry and wardrobe. A foldable cot may be added if required.
Kitchen
The well-equipped kitchen offers all the equipment necessary for cooking and baking. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer complete the equipment.
Dining area
The dining area in the center of the apartment is a good place to eat, play, chat…… The diningtable is extendable and a child and baby chair is available.
Bath
The bright bathroom has a large tub and separate shower.

Summer can also be enjoyed at home on the spacious terrace. It offers possibilities for breakfast in the sunshine, for the end of the day in the warm evening air and Baltic Sea breeze, for sunbathing or lounging on the lounger.
